- 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday
- 9am – 12 noon Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Closed Major public holidays
The managers live on site and can be contacted any time.
Generally 10 am but we always try to accommodate your needs and will allow late check outs if possible.
Most rooms now have Smart TVs and all rooms have fast internet to allow you to stream all your favourite shows.
Swimming Pool and BBQ Facilities
Our large pool is open from 7am – 10pm.
All guests can use the poolside barbecue and outdoor dining area from 7am to 10pm.
Taxis and Ride Sharing services are readily available at both the domestic
and international terminals. It takes 10 minutes and costs approximately $28
to/from the airport in a taxi.
In-House Services
You're welcome to have food deslivered to City Terraces but will need to come down to the lobby to collect it when it arrives. We also have some great food options across the road.
We have cots and high chairs available for hire.
We’re happy to arrange child care through Busy Bees, a professional babysitting company. Please ask at reception at least one day ahead.
For guests in one-bedroom apartments, coin-operated washing machines and dryers are in the laundry room next to the pool. Clothes racks are also provided on balconies.
Trips to the rainforest and Great Barrier Reef are just two of the many natural and cultural trips on offer. We’re happy to help you plan and book your sightseeing tours.
We have 10 bicycles for guests to use for free. Cairns is flat and has lots of great bicycle paths so you can have fun and explore while reducing your carbon footprint.
