Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully as these conditions incorporate the basis on which bookings for Comfort Suites City Terraces Apartments are accepted by Resman (1) Pty Ltd.

How to Book / Quotes and reservations

Bookings can be made over the internet at www.cityterraces.com.au or by calling our Resort on 61-7-40518955. Quotes and reservations are subject to availability and actual pricing at the time of booking. Quotes are valid for seven (7) days. Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of the price, which will be subject to written advice on confirmation of the reservation.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit equal to one nights accommodation charge per apartment must be received by Comfort Suites City Terraces within seven (7) days of making the booking. Payment of this deposit will indicate acceptance of these booking conditions.

Comfort Suites City Terraces bears no responsibility for monies paid via a travel agency until cleared funds are received in the trust account of Comfort Suites City terraces.

Final payment

Final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card as that payment falls due in accordance with the following timetable.
Full payment is required 7 days prior to arrival date.
For bookings made between 4 and 7 days prior to arrival date, full payment is required at time of booking.
For bookings made within 4 days of arrival date, full payment is required at time of booking, and only credit card payments will be accepted.
Cheques will be accepted but must arrive within 72 hours of making the booking.
Prices listed include GST.
If deposit or final payment is not received by the due date, Comfort Suites City Terraces reserves the right to cancel the booking. Confirmation and invoices are subject to re-issue if incorrect through error or omission and the customer accepts the liability to then pay the correct cost or to decline to retain the reservation.

Payment options

Payments accepted include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB, Diners and Bankcard only), personal and bank cheques and telegraphic transfer. Prices quoted are in AUD.

Cancellations

Less than 24 hours prior to arrival - Full costs of accommodation are payable.
Between 24 and 72 hours prior to arrival - Loss of deposit
More than 72 hours prior to arrival - Loss of half of deposit.

Amendments to Dates

Up to 24 hours prior to check in - $25 amendment fee (subject to availability)
Within 24 hours prior to check-in - amendments not accepted

Rates & Changes

All rates featured are valid from 1 April 2004 to 31 March 2005. Prices and conditions are current but are subject to change without notice. Prices listed are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable, do not include transport from your home port to holiday destination and return, items of a personal nature, meals (unless specified), transfers and existing or proposed taxes and government charges, unless otherwise indicated.

Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of price, which will be subject to a written advice on confirmation of the reservation. The price of your holiday cannot be guaranteed until full payment is received.

All prices and other payments and conditions should be confirmed with Comfort Suites City Terraces or your travel agent at the time of booking.

Room Allocation

Preferences for particular rooms in the property will be considered but the allocation of rooms is at the management's discretion and specific rooms cannot be guaranteed.

Children's Prices

In most cases, children's prices for accommodation refer to children occupying the same room/unit with at least two adults and using existing bedding. Additional charges will apply if extra beds or linen (including for rollaways, or cots) are required. Prices for any other combination of children and adults should be obtained from Comfort Suites City Terraces or your travel consultant.

Accommodation

Every effort is made to ensure that the description of facilities and services of the apartments is accurate, however these may be changed, upgraded, and on occasion taken out of service. Comfort Suites City Terraces cannot be held liable for omissions or errors, whether temporary or permanent of a property's facilities and services.

Property room photos may not be specific to actual room allocated. Accommodation facilities listed may not apply to all room types.

Maps

Maps images are shown for general information and may not necessarily reflect actual routings, locations or services provided.

Booking arrangements

The person effecting a booking shall warrant that thay are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and is deemed to have accepted the booking conditions on behalf of all persons named in the booking.

Documentation

No contract will exist between you and Comfort Suites City Terraces forn the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Comfort Suites City Terraces accept your reservation by issuing a booking confirmation via the web site, by email, or by fax or mail. Booking Confirmations will be available to view and print off the website or will be forwarded by post or email when full payment is received.

Acceptance will be deemed to be effectively communicated to you on generation of the booking confirmation by the web site or at the time Comfort Suites City terraces emails, faxes or mails the confirmation to you whether you receive it or not.

Complaints

Complaints must be received within 7 days of check-out otherwise they will be deemed invalid.

If after arrival clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation and decide to terminate their stay, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of the property management.

Package Prices / Per Night Prices

Per night prices are to be used as an indicator only and not as an extra night rate. All prices are in AUD
